Indian skipper Rohit Sharma helped India win a hyped clash against archrivals in the 12th match of the ICC World Cup 2023. While chasing only 192, Rohit Sharma batted very freely and scored 86 runs at a strike rate of 136. His quickfire knock outplayed the opposition in the game.

Everyone was expecting a tight contest between Shaheen Afridi and Indian batters, but the Indian skipper attacked on the very first ball and showcased his intent of scoring runs quickly. India completed the target in 31 overs with seven wickets in hand.
